Code of Ethics
As members of the
International Virtual Assistants' Association, we adhere to the Code
of Ethics as described below:

Members shall
always exercise integrity, honesty and diligence in carrying out
their professional duties and responsibilities.

Members shall
safeguard the interests of their colleagues and clients, and
shall not knowingly be a party to illegal or unethical
activities.

Members shall
not enter into no agreement nor undertake any activity which may
conflict or give the appearance of conflict with the legitimate
interest of their client, or that would prejudice their
capacity to perform their professional duties.

Members shall
protect the confidential information obtained in the performance
of their duties, and shall not use such information for personal
gain nor in a manner that would be detrimental to their client
or any other party.

Members shall
continually ensure the currency of the knowledge, skills and
technical competencies required to perform their professional
activities.

Members shall
refrain from conduct or action which would detract from the
reputation of the IVAA or the profession of Virtual Assistance
as a whole.

Members shall be
mindful at all times of their responsibilities as professionals
toward the community at large.

Project Assistance/Co-ordination
- Let us assist you expedite your project tasks by helping you
coordinate, track and expedite activities. We can also
track project expenditures to ensure you stay within your
budget.
Interactive Web Conferencing
- Meet with people all over the world through the internet.
Talk live, show presentations, record the session and have access to a
white board where your guests can post comments or questions. Great
for web classes or webinars.
Office Assistance
- We can provide you with excellent administrative and
secretarial services
such as word processing, PowerPoint presentations, e-mail

services, we can provide you with superb marketing materials using
IMPREV, a strategic marketing solution, originally designed for Real
Estate Professionals, but can be used by many professionals.

Rates
Clients are charged $40.00
per hour for general
administrative services. Invoices are billed electronically. We bill
in 15 minute increments and clients are charged back all stationary
and incidental costs such as photocopies, stamps and long distance phone calls.
Office Help To Go does offer retainer packages to clients who choose
to partner with us for a minimum of 10 hours per month for a minimum
of 90 days.
The
fee for retainer clients requiring general administrative
services is $35.00 per hour.
